The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

Refunds can not be issued on stamped pieces, custom designs or bridal orders unless there was an error on my part.
Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. There is a 15% restocking fee when no shipping fee is paid the time of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
